What does AEI Service, Inc. do?
AEISERVICESINC.COM provides its customers with detailed condition and inspection reports on heavy equipment available for sale by auction. Traditionally information made available to bidders is quite limited. With our inspection reports, you can bid with confidence and know the actual condition of the assets you're considering.
What does an inspection report contain?
Each report contains detailed information on the overall physical condition of the unit from the engine performance to the hydraulics and transmission. We also validate the hours and serial number on the unit. In addition, we will customize the report to your needs when requested.
Who does the inspections?
Our trained inspectors follow our closely supervised inspection process. From top to bottom, critical inspection points are checked and results are transmitted to our office for final editing and report production.
Are there photographs?
Yes. Not only can you view the overall photographs but when an inspection detects any irregular condition such as dents or rust, they are photographed and included in the report. The fact is, you could be at the auction site and still not get as comprehensive a report as ours.
Can the report include oil samples?
Yes, however this must be requested upon ordering the report and may take 3-4 days for the results. Please inquire when ordering.
Is the report printable?
Yes. As a PDF document, the report is printable and may also be emailed and forwarded.
When are the reports available?
Inspections begin usually 3 days before the auction begins. If you have a desire for a report before the document is ready, you may call us for special on-site service. We will be glad to be your eyes at the auction so you'll know what your bidding on.
